Abbeylite offers a credible alternative for applications using solid board and litho lamination processes. It is sold into both corrugated and carton markets for sheet fed offset printing. It combines the visual impact of high quality “premium brand” cartons with the product protection of board to board packaging. It is light, durable, stiff, and has a Caliper range of 850-1250 microns.

With Abbeylite designers are free to innovate; they can combine structural integrity with high quality offset printed graphics. Abbeylite has been developed with all the properties associated with a press ready material but with an advantageous weight to strength ratio. With Abbeylite it really is a case of “use less get more”. It is environmentally friendly and totally recyclable.

Abbeylite opens up new business opportunities for carton plants, it enables printers to expand their business areas previously dominated by solid board or laminated products.
