Rippa Tape

A self-adhesive tape applied to inside liner for quick and easy opening of the case, without use of a knife.

• 4mm red tape
• 8 tapes per corrugator width
• Minimum 120mm between each tape
• On the outside of the inner liner
• Tapes can be applied to B, C and E flutes
• BE and BC recommended for lightweight grades only

Tear Tape

A self-adhesive tape applied to inside liner for quick and easy opening of the case, without use of a knife. Tear Tape is stronger than Rippa Tape and has a cleaner edge.

• 9mm wide blue tape
• 6 tapes per corrugator width
• Minimum 200mm between each tape
• On the outside of the inner liner
• Tapes can be applied to B, C, E, BE and BC flutes

Edgemaster Tape

This is a superior alternative to both Rippa and Tear Tape for easy open boxes, utilising both guide and Tear Tape to produce a very clean reinforced edge for displays.

• Both 19mm and 9mm blue tape
• 4 tapes across width of corrugator
• Minimum 200mm between each tape
• Position of tapes is as Sesame and Tear Tapes together
• Tapes can be applied to B, C, E, BE and BC flutes

Sesame Tape

This is internal tape for reinforcing hand holes (e.g. 'carry home handles') and side walls.

• 19mm blue tape
• 4 tapes across width of corrugator
• Minimum 200mm between each tape
• Between outside liner and flute
• Tapes can be applied to B, C, E, BE and BC flutes

Double-Sided Tape

This double-sided adhesive tape is suitable for self-sealing cases such as CD boxes, mail order catalogues, easy-seal boxes.

• 15mm blue tape with an 8mm self-adhesive tape
• 6 tapes across width of corrugator
• Minimum 120mm between each tape
• On the outside of the inner liner
• Tapes can be applied to B, C, E, BE and BC flutes
